Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. This policy exceeds the minimum requirements set by the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which grants consumers a right to cancel purchases within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, and aims to be compliant with most US state laws.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, some items are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons unless they are faulty. These include (but are not limited to) perishable goods, custom-made items, and personal care goods.
Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mnpmenterprise.com. We will guide you through the steps to return your product and inform you of the nearest return center.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@mnpmenterprise.com to resolve the issue. We will cover all reasonable and customary shipping charges for defective items and exchanges.
